Complete our quick and easy online New Client Form. It takes just 2 minutes to fill out and sign.

3. Start services


We'll schedule your first session, set goals, and begin your journey to feeling better and living a happier life.

Insurance Providers

Disclaimer: We are in-network with Blue Shield PPO, and we accept private pay for maximum accessibility. Please note we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Heart Light Psychological Services accepts Blue cross blue shield insurance.
Sessions

In-Person Sessions


These 50-minute sessions take place at our office, which is in Bannockburn, Illinois—right off of interstate 94. There is plenty of parking available. We also have a waiting room (with refreshments and a washroom), so please feel free to come in a few minutes early.

Virtual Sessions


These 50-minute sessions take place using Zoom or Google Meet, which doesn't require any installations or downloads. You will be able to click a link sent via email or text and use any device such as a desktop, tablet, iOS or Android mobile phone—and we'll be able to see each other virtually.

What insurance do you take?

Our services are covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, please reach out if you are unsure about your PPO. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We also accept private pay.

What are your hours?

Our hours are Mondays to Thursday 9am-9pm. Friday 9am-5pm and we are closed on weekends.

Where is your office?

The address is 2201 Waukegan Rd # 145, Bannockburn, IL 60015, which is just off highway 41 which makes traveling to and from Chicago very easy.

Do you offer free consultations?

Choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision, so we would be glad to meet with you first. To schedule a free 15-minute consultation, please reach out by phone, email, text, or the web form (on the Contact page) and we'll find a time that works for both of us.

How secure are virtual sessions?

We'll be connected through the Zoom. Zoom is a HIPAA compliant web and video conferencing platform that is suitable for use in healthcare. Which means your information is safe, and nobody else will have access to our conversations.
